Block Dropping Merge is a vertical "Numerical-Synthesis" puzzle that hybridizes "Tetris" gravity with "2048" arithmetic logic. The technical core involves "Columnar Stacking," where players must manage the vertical velocity of falling blocks to trigger merge cascades. It is a test of "Look-Ahead Planning," requiring players to visualize how a single drop will alter the topology of the entire grid by fusing values and clearing vertical space.

You control a dropper at the top of a grid. Your goal is to merge blocks to reach the highest number (2048+). Interaction involves "Tap-to-Drop." When two identical numbered blocks touch (vertically or adjacent), they fuse into the next tier value (e.g., two 32s become one 64). The merge clears space. If the stack reaches the "Deadline" at the top, the game ends. You must manage the "Next Block" queue to prevent tower overflows.

Achieving high scores depends on "Sequential-Value Stacking." Do not drop blocks randomly. Build a "Monotonic Stack"—keep high numbers at the bottom and lower numbers on top (e.g., 64, 32, 16, 8). This setup ensures that when you merge the top blocks, they naturally cascade down to fuse with the larger numbers below, triggering a "Chain Reaction" that clears the entire column in one move.
